In these uncertain times, there’s a couple of things you can do to stay calm. Here are my favourite ways to relax:
I love a smoothie, all the goodness in one smoothie and having some vitamins in the body. It’s the perfect summer smoothie.
Make a warm bath with your fave bath bombs or bath creams. Add some candles and pamper yourself.
Listen to your fave songs or a chilled playlist. Music is for any mood. Maybe find some music that you haven’t heard before.
Use calm or headspace app as a way to relax as it has different features and sounds.
Unlimited exercise is allowed now in the UK. Take advantage of fresh air and listen to your mellow tunes and take in the fresh air
Write your thoughts down:
Write your thoughts down in a journal or a notebook and set some goals. Setting goals will make you feel more relaxed as you know what you are doing. Write your feelings down and see what you can do to relax, some things are out of your control though.
