Things to do in January 2021 Lockdown *PRODUCTIVE*

Boris has introduced lockdown in the UK again. I hope everyone is safe and well.

Here are some ideas that you can do during lockdown 2021.

1. CLEAN

I love a clean place. I always think of, cleaner house, cleaner mind.

2. FACETIME A FRIEND

During this time, it is hard for everyone. Make time to facetime friends and have a good ol chat up and laugh. If you haven’t really spoken to them for a while, this could be the perfect time.

3. EXERCISE

Just because you are at home, doesn’t mean you can’t exercise. Youtube has amazing at home workout plans that don’t require a lot of space or any equipment. Joe Wicks is also starting his live streams from 9;30 Monday Morning.

4. READ

If you want to be super productive, read something that is teaching or helping you in some way. Sometimes it’s difficult finding the time to read with all the distractions of modern life, what a perfect time to get stuck into a book.

5. CREATE NEW GOALS AND AN ACTION PLAN

Sometimes we need to step back and evaluate our life. If you have some time off work, you can use this time to evaluate all the areas of your life. What are you happy with? What would you like to change. The most important part of this, is making an action plan!

6. MAKE A VISION BOARD

It is a new year, you may have just made yourself new goals and an action plan. How about making a vision board to really see your plans come together. It’s super fun and also takes you away from your phone.

7. LEARN A NEW LANGUAGE/START A NEW COURSE

You may want to have started a new language but have been too busy. DuoLingo is a really good app to download to learn a new language.

You may want to start a new course– Mental health is important during this time, i have started a mental health awareness course, which is so interesting and really insightful. I have linked the things that i use that i use new language and the one i do my course on.

8. FINALLY DO THINGS YOU’VE BEEN PUTTING OFF

We all have those things that we conveniently just never get around to doing, yet they always stay in the back of your mind. How good would it feel to take the weight off your shoulders? Make yourself to-do lists and give yourself small achievable tasks.

9. HAVE A SELF-CARE PAMPER EVENING

maybe you feel stressed about the whole situation. Make sure to practice self care, go all out and have a little spa evening. Hopefully this helps you feel relaxed and boosts your mood. Get a nice bath, mask, wash your hair. All the little things.
